This stage focused mainly on my educational background and core knowledge in system engineering. After clearing the technical round, I was invited to the final stage—an interview with the Head of Department (HOD). This final discussion was centered more on the specific job responsibilities and assessing my personality fit within the team and organization. Overall, the process was structured, thorough, and provided clear insight into both the technical expectations and cultural environment of the company.
