Poorly organized interview and disrespectful treatment. The manager did not answer the phone when the recruiter called to pick me up. He greeted me with a hostile attitude: "Where are you going?", even though the interview was confirmed. I was led and left alone in a meeting room without explanation. The feedback was contradictory: I was told that I communicated well, but that I had "weak soft skills" -- probably because I had the courage to ask for clarifications and to contradict technically wrong statements (e.g. idempotent PATCH, REST status codes). The organizational culture leaves the impression of micro-management and conformity. They do not seem to be looking for people with initiative and discernment, but obedient executors. The interview atmosphere was cold, rigid, with constant frowns on me. A colleague who came as a shadow did not say a word and just stared at the table throughout the interview -- a gesture that says a lot about the atmosphere in the company.
