Regular interview process, they firstly contacted me by phone to set up an interview. The interview itself was competency based. There were 5 different topics and a panel of 3 members.

Entrevista
First communication with hr was great. The interviewers for the position were very friendly. They asked me many questions with a sincere curiosity about the things I can bring to the role and the organisation. After the interview I got a call that I was selected and they were willing to make me an official offer after the necessary screening process. The process took for ever and they had me waiting for two weeks for an offer or at least a communication since the person from hr told me he will be in touch with me. I was calling and they wouldn't pick up. I finally found out from other employees that the position was no longer available because the program was about to stop. No word from the recruiter.
