I recieved two calls from HR, first call setting up the interview, and second call the interview itself. Interview was on a 30 min call and right after the interview they told me that I am accepted.

They just want to know if you have any prior experience dealing with customers, and how you would handle different senarios such as an angry customer, or a frusterated customer or how you would handle customer expectation. As well, some basic questions about working with a computer.

It was a relatively easy interview where the main focus was on asking straightforward questions about sales strategies, analytical thinking, and basic problem-solving approaches to assess communication and reasoning skills.

the interviewer speaks very good and without anything that you think any pressure on you. the whole process was easy and smooth. they have both english and french as well
