Entrevista
The interview was well-organized and professional, but there were few questions directly related to the specific engineering area I applied for. Overall, clear communication and a respectful team made it a neutral experience.
Initially I was sent a take-home exam, followed by a technical interview. Afterwards, I had a more general interview discussing my past experiences and background. Then we discussed the culture at IO (which is amazing) and what working life here entails.
