Connectie via recruiter Linkedin, in contact met ING gekomen. Eerst een telefonisch gesprek gehad en daarna een kort assessment. Verliep allemaal best soepel en snel achter elkaar. Positieve ervaring dus
interview was quick and smooth. interviewer made sure that applicant is at ease and calm during the entire process. they responded to my application just hours later i submitted and they are very accommodating when it comes to setting the interview schedule

30 min screening followed by a 30 min zoom. I applied and then within a week I had a phone screening by an off site hiring company. Then I was moved onto a first round.

Initial interview was with HR over phone call, asks mostly about background experiences and previous company and qualifications.
Second and Final was with the Hiring Managers via Microsoft Teams, questions mostly technical about work process and working with Teams internationally
