Met recruiters at a school career fair where I gave them my resume. They followed up with a brief phone interview asking basic questions (why ING, etc.). I was then invited back for a "career preview" which was an info session about the company and the industry. They give you an opportunity to sign up for interview times with one of the principles and then a second interview afterwards.
