It was a pleasant and swift interview experience. There was an initial screening call that led to a zoom meeting with two seniors in the business, followed by background checks and reference checks before an offer was made. Interviews was fairly well structured and very professional. It certainly wasn't a casual conversation getting to know each other as many employers find themselves doing.
