the person did not even know I was coming in that day- bad communication with manager and assistant. The process was ridiculously easy and didn't really assess much- in fact later learned that the managing director there was not even looking to hire in fact he deliberately had shut down the online site to apply, so he does not have to deal with anything and does a subpar effort for a grant we had gotten- had to hire me since there was leadership pressure.
