Simple standard process preferably dress on a smart attire , you can ask for a teams interview you need to apply on their website.
Keep it simple and honest and you should be ok.
I was interviewed by two people. They were very friendly and it was quite informal. They gave me plenty of time to ask my own questions. Overall, it was about as pleasant as an interview could be.
Round 1:
-Getting to know you type of questions
-Situation type of questions and how would you handle them
Round 2:
-Getting to know you
-Why do you want to work at ikea
-Questions for them

When was the time you are dealing with a difficult customer and how did you resolve it
Phone screening, then In person interview, basic questions, then drug test and phone screening. Overall took two weeks from start to finish, but you have to get a drug test
