Entrevista
I went into the temporary employment agency (Beacon Staffing in Aberdeen, MD), and filled out the paper application. They called back the next day to tell me I could start working at the Ikea warehouse after a background check and drug test. Everything went smoothly and I was able to start working after a few days. After six months of working as a "temp," I was fortunate enough to get hired on as a permanent employee.

There wasn't much of an interview per se, but one question on the paper was, "Are you able to lift up to 70 lbs."
Two interviews: one with HR to check if your values align with theirs, and a second one with the hiring manager. Both included typical interview questions, but the one with the hiring manager asked more questions on how you are at work and whether you fit the criteria of what they're looking for.

My interview process was very relaxed and informative. All of my questions were answered before I had time to ask them. The people were very relatable and courteous. The online document part was a bit daunting but everything else was smooth sailing.

Entrevista
It was a great experience. The gentleman that interview me was very respectful, transparent, and patient. After a few reschedules by both my end and the company, he made sure that i didn't have to come again for a 4th time. He made this a very easy and pleasant experience
