Quite an extensive process, took about a month from start to finish. First it was submitting an application online... about 2 weeks later you'll get a call from HR asking you basic questions such as availability, why you are suited for the job and are you still interested etc. If you're successful they'll invite you to a group interview. The group interview was fun, you'll meet a lot of people there. They'll put you in groups of about 5 and give you different tasks such as selling a product, building a product. Then there are 1 on 1 interviews with the HR people. Afterwards if you made it they'll give you a call asking you whether you want to accept the job offer and then you'll have an induction from there on.

My overall experience is that it went very smoothly. My interviewer was very professional from the beginning until the end. Easy to connect with video.very clear about job description and what was to be expected.

You apply. They call you and set up an appointment for interview. Easy questions. Why should we hire you and all that stuff. Will hire anyone. They need people badly.

If you were called back for the next round, you had a face to face interview where they asked you more job related questions
