I applied online. The process took 4 weeks then I receive an email they going to arrange a day to have a telephone interview as the first stage. The department manager was very friendly and interview question wasn't very hard just feels like wanted to know what kind of a person you are. just wondering how long it takes if I got through to the next stage

They have asked for a pre interview task in which they have asked to design a house for a client then face to face interview happened at the store in which they first explained the role then started asking for behavioural questions and in the end they asked me to give presentation of pre interview task.
