Invited to attend initial interview with team leader, laid back. Questions based on experience.
Invited back for second interview with customer relations manager at Tempe, Sydney. Manager failed to come out for interview, made to wait for an hour, very unprofessional. Then told by a team member that the interview is cancelled.
Called back later by manager for phone interview and repeatedly questioned as to why I want to work for IKEA and which position I had applied for. Manager seemed confused and unorganised. I was informed the position is now Christmas Casual (no mention of this before). Told to be ready to start in a week.
Recevied email 2 days letter saying unsuccessful. Over poor and very unprofessional manner displayed by IKEA.

you apply and then within a week get notified if you have an in person interview. the interview lasts thirty minutes and then you will know within a week or so if you have the job

Entrevista
I first had to complete 2 video answers to 2 questions which were done virtually with no one interviewing. Once I had passed that I then completed a video interview with a manager. It was very quick.

Video questions were why IKEA and what I could bring to the job. I was asked questions like what could I bring to the wonderful every day at IKEA, and how I would deal with customers and such.
