getting to know you questionnaire, phone interview, group interview. all very relaxed and basically just wanting to hear some enthusiasm, not just that you want a job, any job!! lol learn about the company values, build your answers around those

group interview was a heap of fun, just role play etc and getting to know everyone there and a bit about ikea. 15 minute one on one,
why do you want to work for ikea?
give an example of a time when you lead by example?
Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
