The hiring process took about a month, they move very slowly. You will either have a phone interview or an on sight first interview. If they call you back for a second, its usually to make an offer. The questions are all based on the company values to make sure you are a "values fit".

Self Introduction,
Ask about experience of customer service (give an example how to satisfy customer need and make them happy), your current home furnishing and improvement , idea of team work
Starts with group interviews that are activity based. Getting involved and showing your values and personality is a must. Then 1:1 interviews done with management all based around IKEAs values.
