Interviewed with the store manager and customer services supervisor.
Very friendly and casual conversation. Each of them will ask several questions. I prepared and practiced some behavior questions which are actually helped.

What is your strength and weakness?
You sit with a manager and they ask you questions about your past job experiences and other questions and then ask you take drug test if you pass. There is also a phone interview before the interview to determine if you go in for the job interview.
