Shocking, embarrassing and abject. I interviewed with IGEL on the 20th of September, The Interviewer turned up 20 mins late for the call that they arranged, I guess he only joined as I chased the coordinator who arranged the call in the first place. When he finally joined zero apology asked 3 questions call lasted 8 minutes. Since then I have received zero feedback. I have chased for feedback four times zero response. PLEASE PLEASE go nowhere near this company they are embarrassment, THE WORST CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE IN MY 20 YEAR CAREER. This team is responsible for attracting talent to IGEL and responsible for setting the tone on Candidate Experience and Engagement and cannot even turn up on time or even provide feedback the basic requirement of any Recruiting team. Don't allow them to do the same to you....
