Recruiting agency found me on Indeed. Presented me with a detailed job description and I gave my availability. Never heard back until I had to follow up almost a week later as I also had open questions before I would move forward. The head recruiting contact called me and pushed me to forward in the most unprofessional rudest condescending manner so I was uneasy at this point. It ended up being a completely different role which wasted my time completely because It was a role I wasn’t sure my background would bring value add plus the lack of transparency really pushed me to not want to move forward. Definitely miscommunication on both levels and it should have been a way more organized process. Its not right to do that
