5 Stages; HR, Data Analysis Test, Technical. Presentation, Interview with CEO; the presentation stage is market research style presentation where you are expected to understand and predict what the growth of a particular technology will look like over the next coming decade; while this was fun, the lack of proper outline of what was expected made it challenging, and eventually led to my rejection (they mentioned business presentation, but they were unhappy about the lack of science in my presentation)

Entrevista
Pretty straightforward. General questions about yourself, background, relevant interests, knowledge about the company, a business related technical question or 2 etc. Friendly vibes, shame I didn't make the shortlist 😂
Quite intense, including first round general interview, second round with exercise of data analysis to be completed in limited time and third interview with presentation to CEO and senior analysts of market analysis of level comparable to someone already working as an analyst.
Overall, low respect for candidate time in planning interview process with over burdensome tasks and preparation. Final feedback came late and was very shallow along the lines of "we chose not to proceed with you".

Prepare a market analysis on a specific technology topic - this required to spend significant amount of time for personal research. Feedback following interview was quite limited and not proportional to the time candidates invest into preparation.
