I applied online over 4 months ago and have never heard anything from the company. No rejection, no acceptance, nothing...feedback is always appreciated by candidates. Others submitting reviews on glassdoor.com appear to have had the same experience. The candidate experience is a measure of how a company operates, it you do not treat candidates well when they are applying how will you treat them after they are working there?
