Not great - I was a frozen applicant when covid hit and they got back to me a year and a half later with an automated email saying that I’ve been invited to an interview on two days notice.
Very nice and fast interviewing process went fast I can recommend to be there good condition

Phone screen involving availability, experience, and references. then another phone interview with department head discussing job duties, expectations and some general interview questions. then video interview to formally meet leadership team. job offer followed
