Applied a month ago. Screening call followed by self video interview describing your education/experiences. Expected feedback not received and ghosted afterwards. If they do this for interviews I can't imagine how they're like actually working for them. Big red flag.

A Technical I.T. test was required for the job. My references were checked from previous jobs. There was also a full background check as I was required to work for another company as a Team Leader.
