Muy atentos en todo momento del proceso, pero decidí declinar la oferta por motivos personales. Sin embargo, recomiendo a la empresa ampliamente. Además de que su equipo de RH es cordial, amable y siempre atento .

I was reached out to by a recruitment team member for a quick call. Afterwards they told me they would schedule an interview, but I didn't hear back until I followed up a few times, after which they told me that I was not moving forward and were confused as to why I did not receive any notification.

They asked about my current job tasks and looked for alignment for the position.
Lots of steps. Recruiter was extremely informal (borderline unprofessional) - would call out of the blue and say, “Hey, it’s me.” Seemed very scattered and would forget things from call to call.
Interviewers were great. Prepared, very professional and polished. Candidly, they represented their company with a lot of class, makes you want to join their team.
