The interview process was exceptionally comfortable and relaxed, which I found to be quite welcoming. Utilizing Hirevue for online interviews added an element of convenience and flexibility, allowing applicants to engage in the process with ease. I am genuinely grateful for the opportunity to participate in such a well-organized and accommodating interview experience.

Could you share a situation where you faced a challenge at work and how you dealt with it?
I have gone through the first round of interviewing with ICON for the CTA role and it was 5 timed questions basically getting a feeling for if I would be appropriate for this role at all. There is not a lot of time to think but the questions are very standard.
Primero es una llamada, luego ya te agendan entrevista con el manager. La entrevista es en español e inglés, presencial. Fue muy ameno todo, me sentí bien y cómoda. Recomiendo practicar las preguntas basicas en ingles para ir bien preparado.

Apliqué mediante Workday y 2 meses después me contactaron para una entrevista mediante HireVue con una duración aproximada de 25 min, te muestran la pregunta y 30 segundos después respondes, dan como 3 min por pregunta
