It took about 2-3 months for the entire process. I did feel that I was the exception and this typically moves much faster. First interview was recorded, moved to onsite panel, and final interview with CHRO. 1 month lag time between onsite and final interview. Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful, including TA. I did not receive the offer after the final interview, with the team citing "lack of experience." I think it was the final interview that set the deal on my fate with the organization, as I could feel almost immediately that this person didn't want to push me forward in the process. Hey, it happens, job hunting can be such a numbers game. Thankfully I'm not actively looking. Questions were fair, hiring manager was great. Overall a decent process, even if I wasn't successful in securing an offer.
