The interview process was very easy-going. They gave you time to think to answer the question and allowed you to go back to any questions. Very welcoming and was an easy process.

The recruitment team were really good at communicating with me via email and were punctual in getting back to me. They were very friendly and I highly recommend this role for any freshers in Swansea.

Scenario questions e.g. what would you do if you were struggling with workload
First quick call with recruiter to check job requirements, pre-recorded interview via HireVue, once I passed I had a final interview with 2 managers, one hour long. The entire process took two weeks.

Entrevista
It is a simple two-stage process: first, you'll be asked to answer five recorded questions. You'll have 15 seconds to read the question and up to 2 minutes to answer. Then, you'll move on to the interview with the hiring manager. The whole process takes 2 weeks.
