Primero es una llamada donde corroboran que hables inglés, la llamada es en inglés completamente para ver tu background, te agendan una video entrevista donde grabas tus respuestas en inglés

Entrevista
Online video interview, I was told it would be with two people. Only one person there, the second was 5 minutes late, they then decided to send an invite to a third person - had to wait for them to accept. Overall waiting in mostly silence for 10 minutes with my camera on while they debated who to add to the interview, only one out of the three of them put their cameras on. No introduction as to who they were, not very friendly or welcoming and incredibly unprofessional. At the end was told to leave as they wanted to stay online to discuss me.
