I applied online then I received a phone call from HR asking me if I was available for a phone interview the next day in the afternoon. I was a bit taken aback at the hurriedness of the HR employee and we decided on a phone interview 2 days later. She asked very general questions about my background and when I asked her questions she knew nothing of the job posting and couldn't answer them. She then informed me they would be having in-person interviews the following week (right before the Thanksgiving holiday). I thought this was strange how rushed the process is and how little she knew of the role and program. I reached out a few days later asking next steps and never heard back. Seemed unprofessional overall.
