I applied on the website of the employer. After 1 month i got interview call. First off all I said on completed psychosomatic test online. After that panel interview was conducted. Mostly questions was from Ratio Analysis.
relatively easy interview, not much asked they asked basic background questions and pretty much that's about it they also ask very basic credit management related questions and that's all about it

It was very smooth consisting a panel of 2 members. One of them was the technical HR. They asked near about 10 questions on technical front and near about 5-7 in the HR perspective.
