There was an introductory phone call, that was scheduled via email, where the open position was discussed in a little more detail. At the end of the call, a follow up interview with team members that I would be working with, if offered the position, was scheduled for later in the week. The proceeding interview was a Teams meeting with two ICF Next team members and was only scheduled for 30 minutes. The team members that were interviewing me spent a little bit of time discussing the role, but spent the majority of the time talking about themselves, their backgrounds, and experience. When it was my time to present my work, I was left with virtually no time at all to speak. Throughout the whole 30 minutes of the interview I felt that my interviewers were disengaged and uninterested. Following the interview, I checked in with my initial contact, who never even had the courtesy to respond to my email — not even a "we've decided to go in a different direction" response. Overall, I would say this was one of the worst interview experiences thus far in my career. I hope they at least treat their current employees with more respect than their prospects.

First round with recruiter- basic questions and the recruiter also asked me my thoughts on their website. Second round was with the Designer director and Practice lead. It was pretty information, some technical questions mixed with behavioral. The final round was with the hiring manager and another teammate. This one was very conversational.
