3 rounds -- Recruiter, your future boss, then any program leads. Recruiter is just feeling you out, your future boss will hit you with some technical questions, then the program leads feel you out again.

Phone interview with HR, then brought into Rockville office for in-person interview with 2 different group staff members, and 1 technical staff member (who was remote). The process took a couple of weeks.
