the first round of the interview was a very casual, simple phone call. i was asked to explain why the switch to environmental health sciences and followed-up with how I discovered ICF.

I applied through Careers Page and received a call from HR in few days. There was a basic resume shortlisting and it was followed by 2 rounds of interview. One with Senior Consultant and Principal Consultant. Another with Senior Manager.
