I really want to take this opportunity and give Kudos to the whole HR and Leadership team at ICF. They made my journey of joining very smooth. The whole process took close to week and 1/2 to two weeks. ICF HR approached me via Linked In and we got to know quickly ( in fact we spoke over the weekend). My interviews started the immediate Monday. I was being interviewed for at least 2 positions. I spoke to the Senior Leaders at ICF followed by their Senior Architects etc.. All of the interviews happened one after another. For the position they hired me I had 3 rounds of interviews . A decision was made the next day. I then worked with HR on the offer, package , benefits etc. I then immediately accepted the offer they put before me. ICF is a great company to work for , great culture, great people, great technologies.
