Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en ICF (Fairfax, VA) en ago 2018
Entrevista
This was a very long process, but I was told that the length of the process was unusual because the position was to be split between two sectors, meaning more managers had to be involved in the interview. ICF did well initially; they were quick to get me two phone interviews but then the in-person interview took a long time to schedule. It was a five hour long interview and they told me they would have made a decision by the end of the week. Instead, it took me a month of failed attempts of contact to discover I had not been selected for the position. They also claimed that they would pay for travel expenses but I have yet to receive a reimbursement.
