I received an email from an ICF International recruiter and was able to set-up a phone interview pretty quickly. She then emailed a few days later to set-up a phone interview. I thought the phone interview went really well. A few days later, I received an email that my skills did not meet the requirements. I was really excited to get a call from such a great consulting firm, but was extrermely disappointed to have been passed up for the opportunity.
