3 interview - 1 with HR, 1 with a PM, 1 with the director of PMs Only formal questions asked were by HR - other interviews were informal conversations. I liked this interview style as it gave me a chance to tell the interviewers about my strengths and knowledge areas.
series of questions about skills, it was a few years ago so i don't recall many details but it was pretty general and straightforward. There was a phone screener, then a zoom interview situation.

Entrevista
Went through a few rounds of interviews.
Phone screening by HR
First round with Program managers
Second round with the Director and a team member.
After the last round, I was unable to get a response out of anyone. I understand they might have been looking for a better fit , but its just common courtesy to let someone know even if its an automated email that they didn't make it.
If they cannot spend 2 mins of their time to let someone know they haven't been selected after spending hours in interviews.. then it really shows how much they value your time.
And its not just me, read the other reviews, there are a few there where people were ghosted after multiple interview rounds. Either the jobs didn't exist and we were being interviewed just to keep up the charade that the company is growing or they really don't care.
Either way my advice to job seekers would be to stay away and don't waste any of your time applying/interviewing for them.
