The interview process started positively with a prompt initial phone call, leading to an in-person interview at their office, which I found quite engaging. However, more than two weeks have passed since then without any follow-up or communication from the company. This lack of response, especially after a face-to-face meeting where candidates invest time and effort to attend, seems unprofessional and inconsiderate. It's disappointing, particularly because my initial impression from the phone call was favorable.
Additionally, during the interview process, when discussing salary expectations, the company did not provide a salary range for the position. When I inquired further, I was told that salary details were not commonly shared among employees, which added to the confusion since there was no visible salary information available anywhere for the role.
While I have since secured employment elsewhere, I hope this feedback helps improve the candidate experience for future applicants.
