Applied via linkedin with my full resume and linkedin profile. Received a rejection email 2 weeks later indicating i did not have the years of experience "had you been doing QA since 2014 and not 2017 we'd likely have a different result", when in reality, my full experience is listed on my resume and the recruiter was only looking at highlighted dates instead of thoroughly reading the resume and past experience with more than enough experience per their requirements. Hilarious that someone in recruiting could be so dismissive without doing their due diligence and reading a 2 page resume and linkedin profile.
