The interview process felt abrupt and lacked structure. There was no proper introduction, and it moved straight into a Q&A session without any context or expectations set. I also noticed a lack of professionalism in the way the interviewer presented themselves and conducted the conversation, which gave the impression that they weren’t fully engaged or prepared. I believe candidates deserve a more respectful and organized experience, especially when representing a remote-first company.
