      I reached timely but they took almost 40-45 minutes to start the interview and no one came to say that the interview might be late to start. In the interview, they asked me no technical question, just asked me to share what I did so far and what I did not. In the interview, one of interviewees was too much moody. The most disgusting matter was the way he sat before me; cross-legged! While I first entered the room he was scrolling down his phone like he cares no one! Can an interviewee seat cross-legged before an interviewer? Even minimum courtesy was missing the way he talked and the way he sat before me. May be I am junior to him in terms of age or designation but his body language was telling me that he doesn't care anything. Suggestions: 1. Management should be more cordial, when someone new come at your office as an interviewer, welcome them first at your office and offer them politely tea, coffee or water. Remember, it is an opportunity for you to represent your company to others and of course it is should be in a good way. 2. If there is any delay to start the interview, politely inform the interviewers that you will be little bit late to start and say sorry for this. Management should do it, it will mean that you respects others' time too. 3. The people who are moody, sat before interviewers cross-legged, Management should ask them do they feel that it is not right to seat cross-legged before any interviewer, if their answer is No, make the arrangement so that they can feel it too.
