The whole interview process took about 3 weeks, which is relatively quick. All of the HR office was very friendly. we had several rounds of interviewing and love demonstration to make sure that this is something that we would like to do. This was helpful to weed some people out that were not a good fit and to really show people what the job entails.

Applied online, recieved a call back about 3 months later to come in for a 1 on 1 interview. Interviewed with HR and was hired on the spot after about 8mins into the interview! She asked me what would i do if a guest is upset. I replied "i would listen to their problem, empathize with them, apologize for the problem and react by trying to fix the problem or notify someone of higher position" then she told me "You're hired! I love your answers!". So yeah, I got the job! 1-13-16 a day before my fiance birthday! Who also have a interview tomorrow with PepsiCo! :)
