Meet with HR then managers and food and beverage director, not much said. The managers did explain that it was a union hotel. Basically, working my way up to tenure.

The process took less than one week. I was contacted by HR and spoke over the phone briefly about my experiences and qualifications. She scheduled an interview for me to meet with the Food and Beverage manager.

Entrevista
Arrived 5 min early for my scheduled interview. The woman that was to interview me couldn't be found, she had left early. Waited around for 15 minutes while they searched for someone to interview me. Finally two men show up and sit down and start the interview process. This was for a cocktail server position, but they start asking if I'm a team player and would be a batista at the coffee bar if they needed it. Told them no, thanks for the bait and switch plus the waste of my time and left. Very unprofessional.
