After being referred by a friend I sent in an application online. I was called in for an in-person interview and met with 1 person from HR and multiple people from the front office. The whole process took a couple hours. I was then offered the position on the spot pending a passed drug test and background check.

Zoom interview due to covid. At the very beginning the contact point made it seem like it would be a one to one interview but suddenly added me to a group email with heads of each department in the hotel without warning.
