Not done in timely fashion, the interviewer seemed distracted and had piles of materials on desk and on floor. Made limited eye contact. Room was a bit stuff. No formal chair for me to sit in not a totally proper line of sight.

Very simple, easy going and casual. Will ask a few easy questions about your personality and work history to see if you will fit the role that you applied for.

Applied for a different position initially, after HR asked me my interview questions he asked if I was okay with working in the Meat Department. Didn't seem like I had much of a choice if I wanted to or not, and it seemed like he already had his mind set I was going to be working back there anyways.
