Basic questions: importance if customer service and what it means to you. A time where you received good customer service. Reasons to miss work. Nothing too in depth. It's not hard, and they hire lots of teens who are getting their first job, so it's definitely more geared towards them. Only a couple questions were about what I did at other jobs that relate to this one.

The HR manager who hired me was very nice, easy to talk to, and it was a really easy process. I didn't feel pressured with difficult questions and it was a lot of friendly conversation.

Entrevista
I received a phone call and two days later came in for an interview. I was asked very basic questions and given the job that day. I had 1 week of paid training to follow.The interview and training went very smooth and given the other candidates hired, it is marginally easy to get a position with this company.
