The very same day I applied online, I was contacted by HR via email requesting a phone interview the following week. It was very brief and to the point asking general work history and skills questions. From there, I was scheduled to come in for an in-person interview the week after that. I did have to complete 2 online assessments as well as submit 3 references through an online reference software before the in-person interview. I was brought in on a Friday afternoon at 4pm. The in-person was structured with one-on-one interviews with 3 internal leaders in the department as well as another HR individual. Questions asked were job related - a lot of behavioral and cultural fit questions with some skill related questions as well. Overall the whole interview took just under 2 hours. It was a very conversational interview and went well with each person I spoke with. The following Monday, I was contacted by HR and was offered the position. The entire process from applying for the position online to receiving an offer took only 13 days. After accepting, there is a physical and drug screen before your start date.
