Used Monster.com and got an immediate reply. The interview process was smooth and professional, right after the interview a SAT test is given and only those who score highly on certain sections can teach those sections. The HLC also has online training and extensive shadowing time.

Entrevista
After sending in my resume and talking with the owner, I went to the center to take a mock SAT exam. After I finished, my exam was hand graded. My verbal scores were in the low 90 percentiles, which was sufficient. I don't know the math score percentile, but mine was sufficient.

Entrevista
I submitted my resume online and received a call about a week later. The interview was a one on one interview with the manager, but not owner, of the center. At the interview, the only questions were if I was a certified teacher in PA and when I could start. It took about five minutes and was very straight forward.
