3 stage interview.... phone, branch manager, district manager.
I was fortunate and had some very skilled interviewers. Created a very comfortable environment.
They described the position very well, and accurately. Eventually made sure personalities mixed well at the branch I was considering.
I first had a set of questions I needed to answer and then filmed myself answering 2 questions. Only had 2 retries to re-film answers. Received a call about 3 weeks later to discuss qualifications.

Online recorded interview , followed by a phone screening then an interview with a community manager and branch manager. Timely process with a lot of run around. They make you wait weeks, and tell you each week they’ll have an answer the following and never happens. Then, you’ll get a generic email starting you didn’t get the job. The recruiter doesn’t even have the decency to reach back out to tell you that.

The manager was extremely nice and professional. I can’t say all the managers are as good as mine was. They will usually be one on one and they don’t involve higher up management.
