Interviewing manager (Branch Community Manager) had an excellent grasp on how to have a "Get to know you conversation". She was extremely open to answer any and all questions in regards to the company. During the interview, I felt the number one sign of a great interview... no pressure. The process felt natural and organic, and she let me lead a good portion of it which, I feel, is important in any sales interview. When we reached the point that we both felt that we were interested in what the other had to offer, she transition to Huntington's interactive interview. Excellent overall experience, and the initial digital interview prior to the in-person was a creative and new experience.
